He will never retire early, he will not retire. He breathes, talks and live on power, authority, control, money, fame. Remove all these from him he will not live for long. He lives to have all these. In a way it is sad to see a human this way.

Here I relate you what I really learnt from one native fisherman in Melanesia.
He asked me why I need to fish so much? I replied we can have some for the next few days. He then tell me why not let the fish produce more fish in the next few days and we can still fish the next few days.
Many of our resources are laid to waste for the extra digits in an account.

Many of these people view by others as simple have profound knowledge and philosophy. I learn from someone , simple and lowly educated on some things that the rich and famous will not impart or incapable of imparting. -
