5. For < dirty >, do you usually use "la sam" or "lah sap" or even "hiong" ?

most 1st except 6. 7 and 8 both are use in different situations.
tso make, tshong is do.
gia is take, kheh is carry.

7. I hear people use "tso" and "tsh'ong" interchangeably. Like when they say < do it properly > they say "kah i tso ho se" or "ka i tsh'ong ho se" interchangeably
8. I hear people use "gia / giah / kia / kiah" and "th'eh" and "kh'eh" interchangeably too. Like when they say < give that to me > they say "gia hor wa" or "th'eh hor wa" or "kh'eh hor wa" interchangeably

it's interchangable but I prefer to differentiate.
tso mee kia, make something eg tso kueh make cake.
tshong mee kia, do something eg tshong lang buey song do something unpleasant.
gia is take, in short distance like pass over.
theh is longer distance more like carry.
