SINGAPORE : A Singapore-registered tanker sank off the east coast of Pulau Bintan, Indonesia at about 5pm on Thursday.
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said the "AB9" was listing for about two hours before it sank.
The vessel was on its way from Singapore to Sumbawa, Indonesia.
All 14 crew members, who are Thai nationals, have been rescued by the Indonesian navy.
The ship's owner is AB1 Shipping Pte Ltd.
