Indonesian maid charged with hurting employer with knife

  AN INDONESIAN maid was charged on Wednesday with injuring her employer with a knife.

  Nurul Hidayah, 28, allegedly used a 10cm-long knife to poke Madam Kartinah Abu Bakar, 44, causing injuries to her abdomen.

  The alleged offence took place at a flat in Choa Chu Kang on Monday morning.

  Nurul was remanded for psychiatric assessment.

  lol....the way this is written, it sounds like the maid use the knife-handle to injure the victim!

  The way it is written looks like the maid just took the knife and poke her employer. So send her to IMH to find out why she do such a thing.

  I think the employer only need to admit what she said, then no need to send the maid to IMH.
