the govt is upgrading our toilets block by block
Superstitious on seventh month ;; no renovation.

Now I recall toilet renovation is not FOC. $600plus some people are paying for it.
Govt already subsisdized the majority of it....so, not much to complain about
renovate when necessary. Don't waste materials and time. think green
