the packing of the melon drink claim to have no diary and lactose. each time I drink , I go poot poot, sure ! Funny.

I used to blend some rock melon with milk, taste good.

I don't take soy bean well always give me problem.

so blur ..............................
Take Nutrisoy Soya, that is truly lactose free. high in calcium.

I can drink milk but not soya. I can take lactose but not soya.

soya, may be not easily digest.
