  All jobs except for blue collar jobs because Singaporeans are generally more skillful in this industries except for jobs like construction workers etc. like what you have mentioned because almost no Singaporeans would want to work in those harsh environment..

  Not so easy. Singaporeans are generally very choosy in looking for work. Not only because of harsh, dirty, long hours or shift works....salaries is one of the main reason too. Most of the culprit enterprises that breach the labour regulations and laws here are the local SMEs...they will find every loop holes to hire cheaper labours. Most of the MNC companies here do not want to get into trouble with authority here so will try their best to adhere with the rules and regulations here. I feel MOM itself has given too much face to these so called rogue companies that practice such hiring for foreigners who are hungry for jobs here. Hence most of these foreigners are easily abused, bullied, threatened and cheated by their rogue employers. These kind of employers deserved to be fine and send to prison. To send clear message to other rogue employers out there not to play play with labour laws here and MOM.
