Yes, they will do that but they need to have a full control of Java, Kalimantan and Sumatra...the rest they can let go for those non-Javanese locals to run their own lands...but I know Indonesian pride..they have that patriotism...they would fight back the Chinese and its allies....the western countries like the U.S., UK, Australia etcs can supply weapons to them. I think the U.S. or western world will not get involve if there is war in south east asia region again..

Brother the indonesian government do not trust the Australians and vice versa in fact they know the importance of A good relation with China. Thailand and Laos are like abang adik their language is like hokkien and teochew 1/3 of Thailand are ethnic Isaan people from north east Thailand their mother tongue is Lao .Thailand also does not trust or like Cambodia and Malaysia but is on good relations with Singapore.Malaysia does not trust the Philippines so this is how much love is going around in ASEAN the only country who would give China quite a resistance is Vietnam.USA has no match for China in this region that is why they are trying to win the hearts of ASEAN members Too much to think about and so many factors to consider before engaging a war so that is why it is unlikely

ASEAN organisation is like a joke to me bro. Yes, Vietnam would give China a good fight and they had beaten the Americans. Indonesia too bro. These two countries have succeeded in chasing the colonial powers out from their country in the past.

I am a fervent supporter of flexible work. In fact, my current line of work allows me to telecommute and work flexible hours. Since then, I've seen an increase in my productivity when I am allowed to have such work arrangements.

Wondering what fellow PMEs here think about flexible work. My goal is to obtain as much feedback about flexible work as possible, and share my learnings with the PME community. As such, I plan to take my findings further to create a platform which will allow PMEs like us to find flexible work arrangements easily.

Not going to read 46 pages of discussion so I will reply directly to the OP.

with reference to history.. Singaporeans got their interest to get independance from the British partly due to Gandi's movement.

the same might happen today with history repeating itself. Take a good look at Hong Kong.. And take a good look at our dear Roy now... Not saying Roy will be the leader of the opposition forces but definitely there will be instability and violence if the situation is not settled...

By 10 years this might happen

Singapore youth (16 year old and above) when compare to youth (16 year old and above) from other countries in the world in the ranking of being independant and able to fend for themselves, Singapore youth is at the bottom of the list.
