Singaporean females will venture outside Singapore to other countries to further their studies, seeking better careers and opportunities or being posted outstation by their company for management position. They will gain new talents, skills and knowledge than Singaporean Males. Singaporean males are left behind in the corporate world because of their National Service obligation like serving full time National Service and Reservist in-camp training. They can only be abroad on long term basis and indefinitely only after their Reservist R.O.D. This has deferred them from being more successful than Singaporean Females. However, this may not be the case when Singapore is govern by the coalition government because the NS policy will be abolished.

I am proud of Singapore. Mostly everything done is good, thank God. What i hate is the price of home has gone rocket. I am not against foreign talent, but all foreigners need to own Singapore is a job here, get PR and enter the SG monopoly....increase demand and increase price of home.
For Singaporean, it is not enough to have good paying job, but a good paying working wife, and better if can get goodwill money gift from retiring parents, all combine in order to buy a good home. Singaporean need more that being hardworking, ee need inheritance.
The government have to realize, we are not USA, or Australia, where the land are plenty, more players makes everybody energetic and quick. Everybody happy.

I predict that Singapore will experience massive brain drain in the upcoming years. The younger generation through the internet will realize better quality of life and prospects abroad. I give 1-2 decades for this country to become another Dubai.

singapore will be three different political parties in the house. more free to air tv and radio stations. much more freedom compare to now. also there will be more cars but less use on the road due to changing of policy and better public transport. COE will be remove ERP will be remain and new e-bicycle tracks will be build. no more government link companies and fund managment. people can take out 80% of CPF at 60 year old. more local E-companies, internet will be the market place for all singaporean and teleco force to build the world fastest internet overtake south korea due to high demand. government link companies will be sell to local or oversea business, we will see a few asian richest e businessman in singapore taking over banker and property. singaporean will be taking over most of the johor iskandar property and entering the causeway will be no more jam as custom will be automation. most important both side government will be lost power and a new chapters will be open. good or bad depend on everyone.
