Are Singaporeans happy at work?

  According to a 2013 Gallup poll, Singaporeans the most unhappy bunch of people in the world. Is this really true? If yes, what can we do about it?

  we can do something about it. Remove all those bad bosses, because I feel that the major cause of unhappiness in the workforce is due to bad bosses who make life difficult for people, just becuse they are people at the top and therefore they feel that they can do things at their whim and fancy disregarding the feeling of people.

  As a boss, you hope to pay less while workers work more...

  how to be happy working when you see everyone working half day and you are still in the office, because someone higher up there does not have a life after work so we are all made to stay in the damn office...
