Do your know any nice bbq recipes, like marinades or sauces or how to cook something, or any tips on how to bbq nicely?

You can go to NTUC and gett he Thick Teriyaki marinate or Teriyaki with garlic marinate. You'll be surprised that it is pretty good.
Btw, can't really go wrong if you apply lots of honey and butter. -

hhmm...let me think.......(i seldom got involved in preparing food for BBQ....)
im not the chicken-wing-hotdogs type
i go for seafood bbq usually....
firstly, food mus be fresh.....prawns, crabs, sotong....if the quality is there....there is no need for extensive marinating or seasoning....the freshness and the natural sweetness is worth the thumbs up oredi.....
for prawns....sprinkle a little salt over them
wrap sotong in aluminium foil....with some crushed garlic or chilli.....if got sambal chilli then use sambal chilli...
same goes to lala.....
for chicken, i like thin slabs of br3ast meat
my fren uses honey and mustard.....nice sia!!!
spread butter (planta is the best!) over sweetcorn, sprinkle salt, wrap in aluminium foil.....throw inside the charcoals.....
mus have taiwan sausage!!! (jin long pai, bite-size)
satay can order from city satay
otah can get from this shop at jln kayu
the above are my favourites....quite common actually....
if u prefer the quick n easy way, there are ready marinating sauce/powder and seasonings in supermarkets.....such as lee kum kee, McCormick.... -

today my colleague told me she tried using garlic bread spread (those with herbs) to marinate chicken wings/fillet......
i going to try on chicken fillet this weekend......hhehehehe......if i dun get poisoned or wat then i come back and let u know nice or not ok? -
