What do you guys think of the food. Me personally think that it is just on average standard. Last time their curry puff got half an egg, now only quater of it and is very small.

When they first started, the curry puffs were really good and like you said, you had half an egg. Gradually, as time goes by, they got more and more stingy with the ingredients.
I like the variety they offer in their stands though. Although I find them pretty pricey. Also, I noticed that they don't seem to change their oil frequently enough. If you reuse oil that's heated to high temperatures, and there are sendiments floating inside from previously fried stuff, you're going to have carcinogenic agents floating around.
Sadly, drops in standards happen to a lot of food establishments here. Take Sweet Secrets for instance. When they first opened for business, their fresh fruits cake had this awesome sticks of butter cake and chocolate cake on the sides, stuck together with some kinda strawberry jam. Then, they got lazy / stingy and they put crushed peanuts on the sides of that cake. Now, they don't even bother to dress up the sides of the cake and just wrap a film of plastic round it.
So, my family went from buying that cake once a fortnight to maybe once a month and now, we don't even bother cause we got so fed-up. Last time I bought from there was a few years ago. -

last time their curry puffs r quite gd but as time goes by, the standard has indeed dropped. -

Can't say much about curry puffs since I dont' really like them
When I got to OCK, its basically for the yam pie, but from a full filling its like half full now -

use to eat the sotongs.. but then realise if I buy 3 sticks... its going to cost me $3+ which I can get proper food even at kopitiam -

Where to find Polar curry puffs in Hougang? Should open more, can't find them, have to go to Mobil petrol station to get them.
OCK is still the lao da. Hope other curry puffs makers can open more stalls around shopping centres to let us have alternatives to OCK. -
Their curry puff sucks already, how to fight with selera? knn, they put so much dough into thier crust, you want to eat curry puff right? Not just the puff right? Go for selera.

OCK is just like breadtalk. When it was first started, all of its breads use high quality flour and the result was for everyone to see and they got listed. Now you go and look at them at causeway point, one small part for breadtalk and the rest is a resturant named cavana which sells chicken on its menu i think
