  Anyone got good recommendation for high tea? Need not be hotel, best if food and ambience really nice, and is affordable...
  
  Best also if got webby to show their menu too...

  high tea @ swissptel lobby is english style @ 36++ for 2 person i think.
  
  From 2pm to 5 pm.
  
  I dun have their menu. Is mainly cakes, what typically english people eat.
