  dim sum from Orchard Hotel or Orchard Parade Hotel (the one behind Orchard Delfi) is very good IMO. The restaurant's name is Hua Ting... For dim sum during weekends, must pre-make reservations the day before going. Ever since eating the dim sum there, I never really enjoyed other places' dim sum oredi...
  
  Best on the menu is Baked Chicken mango tart and their har gow is good, has super big prawns. I like!

  I wanted to but hasnt got a chance to try the following:
  
  Yum Cha @ chinatown
  Xin fu yin cha @ Toa Payoh
  
  Tim sum, not the dinner.
  
  Anyone got try before can give any comments
  Or you have any good suggestion for tim sum?
