Generally, its easily available at many coffee shops at $3.50 to $4.50. But even if there are cheaper ones, there's still the issue of travelling costs if you are not nearby.
So maybe if you could announce the areas/locations which are convenient for you, it may be easier. -

I personally like to eat ayam goreng (the fried chicken) instead of the normal one.

come northpoint food court. the stall by the side. In the end there, beside the candy/sweet shop. Some TV shows visited b4. THe drumstick nice....

there's lot of muslim foodstalls at this hawker centre just opposite harborfront.
