Suggestions for a nice Halal Restaurant?

Need to find a good restaurant for a gathering, preferably less than 25 bucks per person? Any sugguestions appreciated.

I recommend Vegetarian Food. Like that no problems for everybody. Try Annalakshimi at the Excelsior Hotel;beside Funan the IT mall. The restaurant has an "eat as you like, pay as you like" concept. It is unlikely you will exceed your budget when you dine in there. Mon-Thurs are ala carte dining, while Weekends and fridays are buffet

But there is one halah place at this Eunos there. It's a restuarant that sells halah tim sum? It's near the mosque. -

Fisherman Village at Pasir Ris
Their oats prawns are to die for.
Oats Prawns --> Medium plate - $18 (9 prawns)
Black Pepper Beef --> $16 (for BIG plate)
Plus other food lah...
Not too bad. Pretty cheap as long as u don't order crabs. There also have BBQ chicken (It's good) and satay.
