Not trying to be stingy or anything, but cooking yourself could save you some cash for a bigger present. Plus it shows your sincerity, even though your cooking might not be good. But i would bet my last quater that no partner would ever comment that their opposite's cooking suck. Esp on V day. (even if they did, they probably did it in jest) -
Actually, i tried cooking during my anniversary last mth already...
Now thinking of bringing her to some romantic place to spend the evening.
SAve some time coz V day falls on monday and we are both working...shacvks...

Here's the rundown for the Vday menu:
Starter:
Some salad thingy and cream of asparagus - to be shared
with champagne or softdrink
Main:
Sea of love - sea food platter thingy
or
Ribeye steak and prawn combo thingy
Dessert:
USA Lava cake.
Cost: $108 per couple
Dining time: 1800-2000hrs, 2000-2200hrs and one time slot i forgot. -
If you guys are gonna fork out that kind of amount per head.
Then go to Blu Restaurant. It's not a black angus or whatever restaurant that jacks up its price because its valentine's day.
Their meals already cost that much on a normal day. its a fine dining restaurant. It's located at the top floor of shangri la. -
