fish & co! all time fav for fish and chips..
there is also one at ang mo kio central, the S11 there.. not bad. but the portion seems to have decrease much compared to previously..$5 if im not wrong -

LJS's fish is so pathetically small, they use ikan kuning izzit!
outback steakhouse has pretty nice fish and chips.... -
(1) Fisherman's Wharf (near clarke quay mrt) - price similar to fish and co, more varities, as in, different fishes to select from.
(2) NUS, The Deck (near faculty of arts and social science) - cheap and good! $2.20 per set only. -

there a restaurant in Tampines Mall, i think its 5flr, near the entrance to the open air stage. it serve Beer Batter Fish n Chip. It's good and reasonable

i studied in uk, so I know a good fish & chips when i eat one. Local ones are localised and different. There's one I tried recently which is good value for money. It is outside the Bradell MRT station at the end of the blk of flats along the MacDonalds. It is above average and best of all, it cost just $4!!!

There's a restaurant somewhere near NJC, inside the landed property near that area... the fish and chips there is very tasty, but the most expensive fish and chips i have ever eaten... it costs $11 per plate!

the fish & chips @ S-11 coffeeshop just opp. Junction 8 are good too. I find the fish succulent even tho they deep fried it. I would usually request for black pepper sauce but with additional charge of course.....

CHIPPY @ far east plaza level one served very good and huge portion beer battered fish for just $4+. i brought my english friends there and they love it and its so much better than harry ramsden. i love both the salt and vinegar and mayonnaise and ketchup versions. so worth it and so good! these two criterias both usually exist at the same time for food.

The best aroud is definitely at Brewerkz at Riverside Point.Three chunky pieces of beer bartered cod fish served with excellent fries.
A good deal at $25.Worth every dollar you pay. -

not sure how many people tried it..... for those who do go round clementi, there is fish and chip shop at the coffeeshop next to the McDonalds. I am not sure if it is good or not...... but it cost $6.00/-!!!! Not sure what so special, anyone tried it????

Still remembered the Fish and Chips I had in New Zealand: 2 very large pieces of battered cod, plus lots and lots of chips. wrapped in tracing paper, further covered by newspaper. How much? NZD 3.50, take away! and we ate it using our hands, I didnt care very much for cutlery, and i think it just tasted really great!
