  I think the one at Harbourfront is under the same restaurant at the Miramar Hotel. But the one at Miramar Hotel has more variety and slightly more expensive ($2-3 more). I've tried both restaurants and the food there is quite nice and economical too..

  near mustafa SC..
  
  stil got wanton mee n chicken rice n satay n prawn mee there other then dim sum..
  
  not buffet thou but e food there is v v nice n fresh n rather cheap compare 2 other places...

  The Yum Cha is rather expensive and quality is not that good.

  Crystal Jade @ Taka is good... got standard. Admittedly ex but good. But looks like no buffet leh.
  
  A pity DragonPearl no longer at Taka .... dimsum quite ok.
  
  Tried dimsum buffet at PSA Bldg, Harbour City ... buffet only on Sat .... it is my family's favourite dimsum haunt - standard quite good. Die die must try!

  Have you guys heard of 126 (pronounced as wan dou sek in cantonese) at geylang? Its this coffeeshop outlet with aircon and non-aircon seating area. Its open 24 hours and the location is between Lorong 15 & 17 Geylang (along the same street as the Rochore Beancurd stall at Geylang).
  
  Although its not buffet style here, the food is priced reasonably and tastes great too... In fact, i'm craving it just right this moment... haha.. Oh yeah. Food's damn fresh too.. Yum Yum~
