  I want good quality char siew pau that use lean or loin meat .
  
  not the cheapo pau you find at most coffeeshops that use meat from pig ears.
  
  Where to find good fluffy char siew pau, where are all the famous char siew pau makers.

  the best is definitely at geylang, heji. dont know the address but there is a bus stop right in front of the coffeeshop.

  I am not sure if the shop is still around.
  I like the one at Chinatown new bridge centre the hawker there.
  They sell mainly just siew mai, chicken feet and char siew bao.
  
  Their bao cost $0.50 each and it's those fluffy version.
