BBQ - Marination of white meat

  Other than using lemon to marinate chicken fillet, what other natural ingredient can i use to make a nice and simple marination ?
  BTW ... for chicken fillet, is breast meat better ? or which part better ?

  just pepper, salt and a bit of sugar will do, plus a bit of port, becos that's what i hv at home. u can use sherry also.
  
  don't know which part better. if i buy which is seldom, i just grab watever is cheap, fr the supermarket.

  Do all the honey taste the same ? from the cheap cheap brand to the expensive type ?

  when i was in Aus, i had pineapple chicken fillet and orange fish fillet
  both taste good..........

  i oso rber i ate mango duck before........at maison basque @ suntec......

  experiment ah ... hmmm .. ok .. cause is perpare for my friend's bday bbq de ... so scare i spolit everthing haha ... BUT since i'm in charge now... I SHALL TRY

  My own recipe is just to use the lee kum kee chicken marinade and sesame oil. Adding honey, hint or not promotes nothing more than carbon formation.

  try putting some Jack Daniel's in it...

  My char bor housemate added it into fish, and frankly it sucks.
