The one at simon road has to be the best,its not too eggy and crispy like pancake.You can also request for the traditional fish sauce,oh luak was traditionally not even eaten with chilli but with fish sauce.It is not moist also,reasonable servings of oysters,also fried with chilli.

Dont ever eat the one at Long house somewhere opp.Thomson community centre.Damn bad taste and it is garnished with shredded carrots.WHAT THE HELL!

The best oyster omlette I have ever had was at Circuit Road Hawker Centre, the stall closes around ten pm.

Tiong Bahru Market one also good. The one that is fried by a middle age auntie. The oyster quite big also.
