hmm.. if you're talking about thai food, i would say the best one i've tasted is at 6th avenue. the restaurant is called E-Sarn, they have another branch near coronation but its not the same name. pretty weird eh? all in all i find the branch in Holland V for thai express better because of the environment. There's just lotsa things u can choose from in holland V as well. The food in all the branches basically tastes the same though

yes citylink worst, holland v, esplanade and tiong bahru still ok.... plaza sing paragon ok lah so-so.... prefer esplanade best....
