oh ya, and i have a good western food stall to recommend to you, definitely the best place i've been to in terms of hawker standard. a MUST try.
its at queenstown cc, margaret drive hawker centre. the western food closes on friday and opens at 4 + to around 5. The owner is a very thin man and also very honest chap. the char kway teow there is also very good, =) they are both on the same row. you can expect to see a snake at the char kway teow stall, and be prepared to queue for at least half an hour -

my vote would be the CHICKEN CHOP at Clementi Ave 4 i forgot the block number le... but u can take bus 284, alight at the 2nd bus stop, then u walk up the stairs, the kopitiam is just there. 4bucks nia, big serving and most importantly VERY YUMMY!!! Wohohohoho

hmm, my fren and i ate there only once, and we quite like it...
the servings got variety, and quite healthy, non greasy, but its a bit ex tho.... -
