  ....erm... yah can be quite complex lah ... but my method is you look at the frozen food package in yur hand it has a number on it. Then u press that number on the microwave oven, put the food in ..................... you kidding right

  kidding wat... i got bad experience mah at IKEA' CAFE
  
  the sandwich i place inside caught fire and the plastic box melt...i thot the plastic can tahan the heat
