We have deep fried salted crabs in Oz. So crispy and salty, you can eat the shell.

yes, it's curry crab.
it is a popular dish in thailand,
it taste better than our chilli crab
in singapore, i find one restaurant that serve this dish
but yet to try. it"s call Paddy Fields Thai Restaurant at Anchorpoint, oppsite Ikea.
i tried once at, one of the East Coast Seafood Restaurant. the dish is only
50% tasty compare with thailand -
curry crab cost at $35 near tiong bahru.
