been twice
nothing fantastic lah
the chawanmushi can eat......the sushi spread not bad...
the kaninabe paper steamboat thingy not that impressive
soft shell crab and tempura bery small portion
in all, can eat lah, but dun have too high expectations -
food not bad, got a wide variety, but don't go on sat nite since it is very exp.
no service charge, just GST!!
got a stupid advertisement every 10 mins! kind of annoying!!
overall not a bad experience, though I didn't get to taste the dessert since I was too full liao

Not bad for the price lah, too bad for my 1.6l capacity stomach though.

used to be much better until they changed their service. last time , u ordered wat u wan , they will cook in on e spot n deliver to ur place, now , it seem tt everythin is pre-cooked...

I kinda like the place as it has got good variety. But i wouldn't go on a weekend as it wld be $$$.
Another Jap place i wld go to is Ikoi at Miramar Hotel. but be prepared to reserve as it is always full. its a nice cosy place. alacarte buffet at abt $30. -
i think it's value for money.. i love the paper steamboat
The softshell crab is not that good tho..

Just went yesterday already. To my disappointment, I wasn't very satisfied with the food. They're just plain normal japanese cuisine which I could find in any international buffet with a slightly higher cost.
Nevertheless, I must comment that the paper steamboat thingy is innovative. -

The shop is called "hanabi".
This shop serve better sashimi and has it own merits compared to miramar hotel ones. -
