  I've seen a DIY popiah restaurant @ Jalan Sultan area (somewhere near a chinese hokkien food coffee shop).....tat's 1 yr ago liao when i was there to get goodies during malay puaseh mth....don't noe if still operating nw.

  Good Chance somewhere near Jalan Sultan. You might wanna try looking for them in the telephone book.

  theres a restaurant either at china square or opp. china square specialising in DIY popiah. u can try it there, however, the prices can be quite steep.
