Sorry cannot remember the name already many years back but know the fish and chips stall is still there cos friend went there like 2004... hmm...char siew chicken, pandan chicken, honey oyster chicken...or you can mince the chicken meat and make wan tans..

cook chicken rice chicken...
easiest and healthy too if you minimise the salt and sauce marinating.
Of course you can also stick to boiled chicken with abbsolutely no taste.
Or roasted chicken, butter chicken, teriyyakki style and RAW CHICKEN (YES! dun cook it, let it thaw and eat heartily!)
