Best Paella

  Right,Im a big fan of Spanish food in general,and paella in particular.
  
  Eaten a few times at Streeters in Keong Saik,food was good.The reason I go there a lot is because the restaurant has been around for fairly a long time and it's "tried and tested" to be good.
  
  But as Spanish cuisine has caught on here,I'd like some recommendations on finding good Spanish food.
  
  How are Ocho Tapas bar at Chijmes and the Spanish restaurant(forgot the name) in Esplanade?Are they affordable as well?
