Today, I did a very detailed analysis on the Big Mac :D

Inspired by someone's comments on whether the Big Mac burgers shrink during the $2 promotion, I bought 3 Big Mac's yesterday night.
I put the 3 burgers side by side and compared them. Burger 1 and 2 had no noticeable difference, but the bun size of burger 3 was definitely smaller.
Next I lifted the bun and inspected the size of the meat patties, I found that the meat patties of 3 burgers were different!
The meat patty of burger 1 is approximately 7mm thick and 69mm in diameter.
The meat patty of burger 2 is roughly 8mm thick and 75mm in diameter.
The meat patty of burger 3 is roughly 6mm thick and 70mm in diameter.
I havent bought the Big mac during the non-promotional period, but will do so later this week when the promotion ends. -

Never weigh them...vege very hard to weigh as its all chopped up.
I ate them up for breakfast, brunch and dinner. -
Of course will shrink during promotional period lah, u think they so nice meh?

Ever since BK started printing discount coupons with prices increased and claims of "savings" I stopped patronising them. The last time I patronised them was during that Student meal promotion in which you get to enjoy a Whopper meal for $4. Currently for the student's meal, Whopper is no longer an option. Its being replaced with Whopper Jr -
even the size of big mac in ordinary time is pitiful compared to some other places....
have you eaten a big mac in countries like america or some european place|? its much bigger......
even the whopper we have in singapore is pitiful compared the one i tried to finish in germany..... -

like that not valid..later they say that the pattie they use in Big Mac will be 200g, the regular one 150g, and so on...
cos one time my fren complained at japanese restaurant why the large dish look same like regular, so the person explained..bla bla bla.. -

Looks like they haven't 'localised' their burger sizes yet, according to the few who have patronised the joint. Be prepared to pay more though. -

The diameter of the meat patty is around the same...68mm. -

i'm sorry but this is not related to big macs.
there was a time i layed off macdoanlds for some time... its for medical reasons. when i start eating macdoanlds again, i notice a change in the filet o fish (favourite). i dont know if you all notice, but the filet o fish now has only half slice of cheese. it used to be 1 whole slice. -
