  Kingsland Vegetarian Restaurant used to have buffet style many years ago. Not anymore.
  
  There one in Balestier.

  If you are looking for a restaurant with great ambience and high quality food. Look no further than Annalakshimi. They offer Ala Carte Buffet.

  Not sure if the restaurant near lavander food court still exist.

  its at excelsior hotel....They have a eat what you like, pay as you like concept.

  I called and was informed that they serve steamboat from Mon-Thu, and buffet on Fri-Sun and PH. Buffet is priced @ $18.80+++.
