  For BBQ, chosse the type whose meat is white, not red... thats wat the fishmonger says

  Tip ... choose a female stingray ... males one have 2 sac dangling at the tail area ... dunno why but the amonia smell is mostly from the male ones ... female ones dun have the 2 sac and theres a slit near the tail part ....

  Tip ... choose a female stingray ... males one have 2 sac dangling at the tail area ... dunno why but the amonia smell is mostly from the male ones ... female ones dun have the 2 sac and theres a slit near the tail part .... i belive the reness in the meat comes from undrain blood in the fish ... if the blood smells ..look good the fish is fish ... string rays are not red meat fish like tuna ... salmon ??

  ermm which part do u agree with ... ???? is it the male ones has to sacs / female ones have a slit ... HAHAHAA
