haha.. i always make my own food myself if im on a strict diet.. otherwise.. on cheat days like saturdays.. i will eat out.. but try to stick to healthier alternatives.

it lacks nutrients which may be found in the fruits and veg that have been genetically modified.
of course i guess you have to weigh out the risks. -

quite true...can be ex but the organic powder i am taking is not really expensive...furthermore, if u understand the benefits of organic over the chemically grown food and the danger of those chemicals we take daily, it good to cut down on the chemically grown food...Originally posted by sbst275:Not me
