well, as i had nothing to do at home, i had been experimenting a few recipes of my own.
at first i thought it was crap, but it tasted good to me, so , i can continue whipping up such dishes.
Sauce : sweet soya sauce with lime/lemon juicesteam kway teow noodles, add with the the sauces, wao, heavenly.
with the sauces also, u can steam fish just add them together, then steam, turns out to be heavenly, woohoo, no need to add other ingredients.
i will go and try to dish out a few recipes of my own which is super simple, taste relatively good, and best of all healthy(except soya sauce which contains loads of salt..
