  i use A1 and HP sauce for steak. HP sauce a bit sour taste but really shiok when you eat it with your steak. A1 if the restaurant do not have HP sauce.

  is your L&P sauce actually L&P Worcestershire Sauce? If yes.. it is used in many ways from marinating to just a dash for simple dish like egg omelette .... pending your taste bud.. you can even use it like "soya sauce"

  HP and A1 best for steak... even pork chops if you do not take beef.
  
  LP...be daring.. try it with egg omelete... eventually you can even use it on other dishes..

  Does the ang moh worcestershire sauce taste the same as the Japanese Bulldog sauce? The latter is used to fry yaki udon.
