you've got to be creative as a whole & always ready to learn new things ! i'm now in the culinary arts school of ontario, canada ! there are alot of good culinary schools out there.. you just have to find em !
schools like institut paul bocaus (france), french culinary institute (NYC), etc etc... but if you want to join a culinary school in sg, try @sunrise.. they offer more then what shatec offers !
