Discount card for hotel restaurant

Anybody know abt any of the hotel or restaurant's offer discount card?
I know Raffles have a card call "Feast at Raffles" offer discount like Oriental used to be. Shangri-la have a card that gain points to exchange for items... Anybody knows abt others? -
i know ah shade34 working for raffles...he should have discount...
but he dun want to help me get discount for my brother's birthday dinner -

Can be up to 50% off the total bills no matter how many people -
Millennium & Copthorne hotels also have a loyalty card called à la carte which offers up to 50% on their 18 restaurants in their hotels.
But i don't think that it is really worth it except for dining at Hua Ting in Orchard Hotel... -
Mandarin offers you a 50% for triple3..Now sure how much discount for the rest like chatterbox,top of the M etc..
