Location : Maxwell Road Market. (opp the new Temple of Relics in Chinatown)
For all fish head (or fried fish meat) bee hoon lovers, you MUST try this.
I hate fish soup all my life, but the one from this stall, I am giving it a five stars.
Just a sip of the milky soup, I feel super high!

the best i had, unfortunately gone already.. was in Amoy Street... the place demolished already...
not too bad one, at Bukit Merah.. the soup is milky because they boil the fried bones until the soup becomes milky
before they became very popular, the XO Fish Soup at Holland Village was VERY good.. that was about 4 years ago.. these days, not that good any more... -

Tanjong Pagar Hawker center. Only one with a queue. Ask for the non-fried version, excellent soup and fish quality.
Tiong Bahru eating house...can't recall the name though...specialises in fish dishes and fishhead bee hoon. Haven't been there for a long time though. -
