  Red Star restaurant also has nice fillings chee cheong fun, it is one of the famous hongkong style restaurant in Singapore during the older days. Located at Blk 54 Chin Swee Road #07-23

  I like the ones at Malaysia, its a road side stall but they made the chee chong fun themself. The owners are from China, can choose, plain ones or with prawns/char siew. Once you order, they will do it immediately (but still got to wait for some time). The skin is very smooth, you can slurp it.
