Oyster Pancake

  anyone know where got sell those oyster pancakes?
  the ones that look like "hum gin peng" but the filling got oyster and peanut and oso very crispy?
  hope to find those store ones...not pasa malam...preferbly in the northeast...
  i know last time macpherson got sell...but the shop close liao...maybe anyone know where it move to?

  If you dun mind to travel a bit more in the south or central, you may want to check it out at : there is one famous one in Maxwell Hawker Centre and the other one in one of the coffee shop near Lavender Hawker Centre(if are travelling towards jalan besar direction, look out for a signboard on your right).... theirs oyster pan cakes are very orginal and definitely not those type from pasa malam (towkay from foochow)

  eww....yesterday i went bugis village to eat the oyster fritters...very disappointing...totally not wat i wanted...inside got no peanut...the oyster only 1 small piece i think...too crispy till it is too hard to bite...inside all is shallots...not wat i expected....somemore cost $2...totally not worth it...so my review for that taiwan oyster fritters is 1/5...

  o.O~ $2?!!! ytd i went to eat also! i bought mine at 1.50 lei... on top got peanuts and inside got abt 5 osyter and 1 prawn...u got get the right stall ma? that stall also got sell oyster mee sua de and lots of kuay de...opposite is directly 1 drink stall which got sell watermellon juice de..

  bugis village is the one oppasite parco right...the place kana revamp...den the store i went to is on the left side of the fruit drink store(facing it)...den the store was on that lane...right side...sells taiwan snacks...right place?

  er...i think is the wrong 1, u went into the Finger Food Street? Finger Food Street is the left side de, the 1 i saying is the right side de. Finger Food Street is located directly facing the busstop, not that 1. is the more like pasi malam that 1. And i confirm that the osyster pancake is $1.50.
  A description of the pan cake:
  -Top contain peanuts
  -inside contains, -osyster and some nice favour vege which i dunno how to spell in eng, also inside sure got 1 prawn.

  yea~ finally some1 got the right 1, no la they nv change the standard and nv increase price.. last time it use to be 1.20 but quite small, they increase the price to 1.50 and it becomes bigger and nicer~ got 1 prawn for another 30cent~

  update...i went to eat it yesterday...confirm it was the right one...fuchou oyster pancake...thats wat its called...taste good...alittle oily and slighly sour(think because of the overflowing serving of oyster )
  and yes...$1.50...good stuff...

  yeah man! really worth it ... I used to buy it whenever I happened to pass by there... U noe what? ... tis Ah Ma has been in tis business for more than 30 yrs olrei... according to my dad ... she started selling tis oysters pan cake in Tanjong Pagar's Market (not the current one, years back even b4 the TP complex was built)
