  Anyone tried the one at Werners? Or is there a better place for knuckles?

  If you ever visit France, stop by this place and try their pork knuckles....best i've tasted so far....but yup...you said it...heart attack, blood clots, etc on a silver platter...

  I loved the one I had at Werner's Oven...the meat was tasty and tender throughout. Paulaner's wasn't bad either.

  tir kah is pork legs.

  Just came back from West Mall ... been to Shop N Save supermart ... they r selling ready cooked Pork Knuckle ...$14.90 pc.. look yummy but not my cup of tea..

  Tried the pork knuckles from cold storage before...my advice: don't ever try it! No taste sia....i think they nvr even season it with salt...it's just deep fried pork...mind as well eat sio bak from any roasted meat stalls...cheaper and got more taste...

  i think the pork knuckles there is jus fried so housewives buy le n prepare it again themselves? so the housewives no need fry it and the house become oily?
