Mee Rebus where nice?
i will stick to my "Inspirasi Stall" at Bedok Int hawker centre. it always has long queues and abt 40% of its customers are Chinese. they come frm nearby shops who eat Mee Rebus as their aftnn fix. A plate at $1.50.
I heard there's this shop at Kovan, Upp Serangoon Road shophouses there.. a Mee Rebus stall there serves Mee Rebus with satay gravy on top of it. does it taste good? -
i stay in kovan,but never heard of that famous mee rebus stall..

always long queue. the vendor has an attitude problem.
once a lady asked for extra cutlery. the vendor asked "for what?" and they quarrelled. -

it needs to be thick.
some vendors add satay sauce on top of it. i don't know what difference it makes.. haven't tried it. -

My frend used 2 go Yishun Blk 123 4 mee-rebus,he say nice(he stays rd there) but he quite some time no go liao,dun noe if still same owner. -
should look out for the tiny shrimps in the gravy stock ...
not the dried ones ... the fresh ones of the type you see in the pink shrimp sauce ...
if you see them at the bottom of of bowl, you know that you had a good bowl of mee rebus ...
