  Which one?
  You like Crowded then Orchard one is for you.

  The food is pretty good but a little costly. A set dinner will cost you around S$29. Loved their soup and salad. The restaurant at City Hall may look quiet and romantic on the outside but once inside, it's quite noisy. A happening place with lots of yuppies. Btw, it's the sister restaurant of Garibaldi at Purvis St. which is more upmarket.

  They have fantastic chocolate desserts, chic decor , and I agree with the comment about city hall outlet being noisy.
