  I often go Wine network and wine Co.
  Any good place provide good wine and good food?

  There's wine flair at Thomson/Sin Ming Rd. Don't know if they serve good food, but there are many food outlets in the area.

  wine arcade, just wine.... rouge cellar but best is still drink at home with some friends.

  These wine outlets always charge a premium for their wine unless they have some house wine (which is good?) available. And there definitely isn't any ambience.
  
  I know of one near stamford house....can't remember the name though

  But in order to drink good wine invest in some good glasses 1st.
