Goodwood park christmas buffet or Oriental Mandarin's Melt

  Anyone tried it? Is it good? Do anyone have comments about goodwoodpark buffet and the Melt at Oriental?
  
  They both having christmas buffet now. How do they compare?
  Melt is 52+++, Goodwood is 42+++

  I've tried both, not the xmas buffet but the regular one. Melt was about 48+ if I remember right, and Goodwood about 38++. I found both reasonably good - Melt is $10 more expensive but has a slightly wider selection including oysters, sashimi and a chocolate fountain.
  
  Back when I tried it (couple months ago) both buffets tended to emphasize Asian rather than Western cuisine.

  could someone post reviews on melt the world cafe at oriental hotel?
  i wld like to go there for normal dinner buffet (not xmas one)

  The month of december features only the x'mas menu, was told that both will be rather ang moh this time.. the prices are also steeper.
  
  I was told that the Melt is very good. But I am enticed by the nice hotel of goodwoodpark and goodwoodpark has a decent reputation for her buffet.
