Help! Romantic Dinner

  Hi,
  Will be bringing my special someone to a romantic dinner for Christmas eve. Anyone can recommend me a restaurant which:
  
  - Romantic Ambience
  - Rather nice scenic view
  
  I have already been to Equinox, Top of the M before. The cable car dining is out bcos my gf doesn't like.
  
  Your kind recommendation needed.
  
  Prices...be it cheap or steep...it's alrite..as long fulfill the above.

  Geez...I know........haha...actually i already reserved Au Jardin....but yesterday when i sounded her out...she casually said she had a dinner two days ago with a friend!! Oh my gosh!! Like the sky falling down. Wherever i bring her, i always make sure that she never been before........zz..z.z.

  If price is not an issue, try Saint Julien at the Waterboat House...they have a private room for two if you pay a bit more. Nice scenery too..
