But well it is just a temporily increase until you pass it out from your system.
as for recommended =8 glass of water =around 2 litres per day -
so ppl...after u work out n check the scales, dont be too happy if u lost weight..jus loss of water frm ur body

a lot of water will pee. trust me.. once, i did my own water parade when i wasnt even abt to exercise, record was 6 toilet visits in an hour.

I think if ya do sports, drinking that amount of water is possible, given that singapore is so hot and humid, just drink it slowly, let body absorb, dun gulp gulp gulp.....burp...gulp gulp...

There was much research placed on how much water one should consume daily. And the conclusion was drink when you feel thirsty, drink a bit more before physical activities that generate prespiration.

ahh.. my way is like this.
a meal before work-out(say, cycling 50km) is downed with 2 bottles of water. meal is 2 hrs before workout.
no meal before work-out, down with 1 bottle of water.
after work-out, water until cannot bloated. one/two hours later, meal.
i hate to get stitches at the abdomen. very irritating. -

8 glass of h20 is without food in consideration.
Consider rice is mainly made up of water. Just drink when u are thirsty, and you will be alright.
PS: Water will never make u fat, only lack of exercise does.

Drink too much water and not sweat it out or whatever will become water retention and you'll look bloated/fat.. So normally, when you lose weight the first few kg lost are the water retention, only at later part will be the fats.
