i went taka SG just a wk back and was surprised by the changes in their menu.
my fav potato salad is gone and also they intro many cooked foods...that doesnt make seoul gdn a truly bbq place anymore.
the cooked foods include tim sum, buns, stingray, teriyaki chicken....spaghetti... so weird!
to me their standards dropped. -

I went to the Seoul Garden at AMK the day before and it's crowded. This time round, the food is nice. Not like previously, the food was much fresher and customer service is better. Any other changes observed at other locations?

i only went SG once only. normally i go sakura sakae. not bad also.

Each time I went there wif a lady friend, the fire alarm inside always activated. No one even the stuff bother to find out wat cause the alarm to sound off. Ok, since I got a free voucher, I won't go to the AMK one.

I notice that Seoul Garden only brings out the prawns and other good stuff when there's a tour group visiting...
Anyway the prawns are salty like hell, and the heads all falling out. -

Seoul Garden prawns forever not fresh..
and its expensive.
$20/person some more want to add drink and soup already hitting $25.
need to self service still pay service charge.
only good is the AC provided -
I also think it's not that bad, perhaps bec I can't eat a lot at one go (and eat mostly appetisers), so about $20 per dinner is alright. i remember when my friends and i go.. its always during offers or discounts.. so most of the time ard 15 PAX plus tax, if not, we will be at marina. btw, yuki and yaki better than seoul garden IMO.. except for the 2 hr time limit.

Where is yuki and yaki? Are they quite new? I might have seen their promo flyer sometime back.
