you can go to french restaurants...
they're expensive..
nice to eat.. but in many ways, overrated... and unnecessary..
the suffering the animals have to go through to get the damned bloated liver is sickening... read about that before you become part of the cause of animal cruelty

st pierre at central mall specialises in foie gras (FG), with some 6-8 FG dishes when normal restaurants usually have 1 or 2. quite pricey though, fine dining ma.
for more affordable FG, can try either the french stall at serangoon road, or there's also this antique store cum restaurant in plaza sing (it's directly below the cinema level). both serve quite delicious FG.
the tavern near mohd sultan road, alsoserves great FG. generous serving too.

foie gras is just a fancy french term for fatty goose liver paste blocks and filet mignon is simply a filet of beef...once you see past the names its practically just your usual food with a french name. i could just take a piece of fish and call it filet poisson and sell it for 50 bucks a piece..or can i?
nightzip
you can....
seriously that's what happen to alot of dishes isnt it?
